Avijatrik Tourism Limited is a concern of Paragon Group. It was established in 2015 with a vision to promote travel experiences in Bangladesh.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including detailed monthly campaign plans and half-yearly marketing calendars.
  • Manage and fine-tune paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, setting targets, and budgets, and analyzing cost metrics to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and refine target audiences for various travel-related services, utilizing data analysis to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Deliver regular, detailed reports on ad performance, website analytics, and social media engagement, providing valuable insights for optimizing sales conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies and maximize return on investment, conducting audits to ensure ad compliance and effectiveness.
  • Oversee all aspects of social media management, from content scheduling to engagement monitoring, leveraging tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel for performance tracking.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in managing paid Facebook and Instagram marketing campaigns, with a monthly budget of at least US$500.
  • Proficient in analytics and experienced in reporting campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • A very good sense & taste in digital contents.


Salary and Benefits:

  • Gross Compensation: BDT 20,000 - 25,000 based on experience.
  • Holidays: Only Fridays and gov. holidays
  • Yearly Two Festive Bonus


Working hours: 10:00 am -6:00 pm
